Exclusions

• The Tourism Dirham
• Tourism Dirham will be imposed on all hotel rates on a per room per night by every staying guest at all hotels
• Dubai Visa Fee for Indians
• Any Services not mentioned in the Inclusions
• Mandatory Overseas Travel Insurance is required
• Any expenses of a personal nature such as- tip to drivers / guides / representative, laundry expenses, wines, mineral water, food and drinks not in the regular menus provided by us
• Entrance Ticket to (124th Floor) of Burj Khalifa
• Peak Season Surcharges (if Any)
• TCS* 5% will be applicable on the total package cost.
• Tax Collected at Source is the tax payable by a seller which he collects from the buyer at the time of sale.
• *With a view to widen the tax-net, the Indian Govt. (vide the Finance Act, 2020) has extended the scope of Tax Collected at Source (“TCS”) provided under Section 206C of the Income-tax Act, 1961
• Door Step pick up or delivery of Documents & Payment – Rs. 500/- Per Visit (Collection charges)[If Required]

Terms & Conditions

• Travel Vouchers: You will receive your travel vouchers within 24 to 36 hours prior to departure, provided full payment for your package has been made.

• Customizable Itineraries: Our packages are fully customizable. You can make changes to the itinerary or activities to better suit your preferences.

• Exclusions: Personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini-bar charges, etc., are not included in the package cost.

• Payment Schedule: If payments are not made as per the schedule outlined in your initial booking confirmation email, Crafted Travel Plans reserves the right to cancel your booking after attempting to reach you. Refunds will be processed as per our standard cancellation policy.

• Passenger Details: Passenger names must match exactly as they appear on passports. Crafted Travel Plans is not responsible for any penalties or fees incurred due to incorrect details provided at the time of booking.

• Hotel Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM and check-out is Noon or as mentioned on booking vouchers. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to the hotel’s discretion and availability.

• Hotel Availability: If your selected hotel is unavailable at the time of booking, we will offer an alternate property of a similar category and standard.

• Security Deposit: Some international hotels may require a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in, as per their policies.

• Day at Leisure: A “Day at Leisure” means no sightseeing or activities are scheduled for that day.

• Punctuality for Activities: Please be on time for all your tours, transfers, and activities. Many countries strictly follow schedules. In case of late arrival or no-show, no refunds will be issued, and the full cost of the activity will be forfeited.

• To carry atleast AED 3,000 in cash or equivalent in other currencies or credit cards.

• Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

• Refund for Non-Operational Activities:

  • If a paid activity is non-operational due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be processed within 30 days.

  • No refunds will be issued for complimentary activities that are not operational.

• TCS (Tax Collected at Source) Guidelines:

  • As per Section 206CCA of the Income Tax Act, 1961, effective from 01 July 2021, TCS at 10% will be applicable on overseas tour packages if the customer has not filed income tax returns for the previous two years and if TDS/TCS exceeds ₹50,000 per year.

  • If your PAN validation reveals non-compliance, an additional 5% TCS will be applicable. Failure to pay may result in booking cancellation, and standard cancellation charges will apply.

• Passport Validity: Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the travel date.
