Travel Vouchers: You will receive your travel vouchers within 24 to 36 hours prior to departure, provided full payment for your package has been made.

Exclusions: Personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini-bar charges, etc., are not included in the package cost.

Payment Schedule: If payments are not made as per the schedule outlined in your initial booking confirmation email, Crafted Travel Plans reserves the right to cancel your booking after attempting to reach you. Refunds will be processed as per our standard cancellation policy.

Passenger Details: Passenger names must match exactly as they appear on passports. Crafted Travel Plans is not responsible for any penalties or fees incurred due to incorrect details provided at the time of booking.

Hotel Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM or as mentioned on booking vouchers. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to the hotel’s discretion and availability.

Hotel Availability: If your selected hotel is unavailable at the time of booking, we will offer an alternate property of a similar category and standard.

Day at Leisure: A “Day at Leisure” means no sightseeing or activities are scheduled for that day.

Punctuality for Activities: Please be on time for all your tours, transfers, and activities. Many countries strictly follow schedules. In case of late arrival or no-show, no refunds will be issued, and the full cost of the activity will be forfeited.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Refund for Non-Operational Activities:

If a paid activity is non-operational due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be processed within 30 days.

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) Guidelines:

As per Section 206CCA of the Income Tax Act, 1961, effective from 01 July 2021, TCS at 10% will be applicable on overseas tour packages if the customer has not filed income tax returns for the previous two years and if TDS/TCS exceeds ₹50,000 per year.

If your PAN validation reveals non-compliance, an additional 5% TCS will be applicable. Failure to pay may result in booking cancellation, and standard cancellation charges will apply.
